i don't see how i can confirm, as it would ruin the ring. 2 uranium is a no-no and you would have to find something and gold to make it work, plus i don't see any +pop base resources here, something that all these rings are supposed to have. it would be a shame for me to be sent to the end of the line due to what appears to be a clerical error.
